Shipping & Returns Policy

We want your ORA Society order to arrive quickly, safely, and beautifully. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Australian shipping will be between 6-14 days.
  • International delivery will be between 7–20 days.
  • Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and ensure it's a complete address, and note that international customers may be responsible for customs or import fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note:

  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

  • If tracking hasn’t appeared after 3 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Parcels returned to sender due to address issues

  • Reshipping fees if the parcel is returned

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees required by their country.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery speed is outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

  • We will assist you in lodging an enquiry

  • Investigations may take up to 30 business days, depending on the carrier

Refunds & Returns

I truly believe you’ll love your ORA Journal. It’s been created with intention, depth, and care.

That said, if you’ve genuinely given it a go and feel it’s not for you, we do accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The journal must be fully completed for 30 days.
  • You must email us within 30 days of delivery
  • Please include proof that all pages have been filled out (photos are fine)
  • Return shipping costs will need to be covered by yourself.
  • Once received and reviewed and accepted, I’ll process your refund within 7 days.

If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours and we’ll take care of it straight away.

We do not accept returns purely for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Delivery delays

  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect use

Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
