  • All other countries will be between 7–20 days - depending on your location.
  • Once your order arrives in your country, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The journal must be fully completed for 30 days.
  • You must email us within 30 days of delivery
  • Please include proof that all pages have been filled out (photos are fine)
  • Return shipping costs will need to be covered by yourself.

Once received and reviewed, I’ll process your refund in line with our full Returns Policy.

    Is ORA suitable if I am new to manifestation or journaling?

    Absolutely! You do not need any prior experience. ORA is designed to guide you gently and clearly, whether this is your first time journaling or you have been doing inner work for years.

    How often should I use the journal?

    Ideally daily, using it in the morning and evening. That said, consistency matters more than perfection. Use it in a way that feels sustainable for you, and try increase the use when you're ready :)

    Is this a gratitude journal?

    Nope! While gratitude is a part of it, ORA is mainly a self concept and belief shift journal focused on deep identity work and practical manifestation, with goal setting.

    How long will it take to see change?

    This honestly varies for everyone. Many people notice subtle shifts in awareness and emotional response within days. Deeper identity change comes with consistent practice over time - that is why it lasts 6 months.

    Is this a quick fix?

    No - ORA is designed for real, lasting transformation, which doesn't happen overnight unfortunately! But It is a practice that builds change slowly and makes the journey enjoyable. You will wake up and get excited to align every day :)
